What is the return process?

Please always contact us before returning any item(s), so we can first confirm and arrange the item(s) to be returned.

Which phone models do you have cases for?

We have cases for iPhones from iPhone 6 / 6s, to the latest iPhone model (which is iPhone Xs Max at the moment). We aim to carry cases for the latest iPhone models as quickly as possible.

What are these cases made of?

Madotta cases are made of a thin layer of durable and light-weight hard plastic, polycarbonate to be exact. The artwork is printed all around the case, edge to edge.

Are these cases drop-proof, water-proof, explosion-proof...?

Short answer is No.

If you look for a highly protective case that can withstand sharp objects, major drops, and heavy impacts or to be waterproof, a Madotta case is NOT a good choice for you.

Madotta cases are made and used for their aesthetics. But they will also protect your phone from moderate drops and daily wear and tear in a normal lifestyle.

The surface of the case doesn’t easily get scratched and the print won’t peel off or fade over time. 

Who designs Madotta cases?

All Madotta cases are designed, photographed or illustrated by Madotta’s in-house designers. Some designs are curated which are legitimately licensed from their respective owners.

Madotta cases are made with personal attention and care in our workshop in Rotherham, UK.

How do you package Madotta Phone cases?

Each Madotta case is packed separately in a nice gift box with a protective layer of foam underneath as a base. The gift box packaging is protective and elegant at the same time. Rest assured your case will arrive in perfect condition, wherever in the world you are.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to UK, Europe, US, and many other international destinations. Free shipping is available for the UK and for international orders over £50*

* Due to carrier limitation, free shipping is not available for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Oman, Bahrain, Norway, Ukraine, Monaco, and Mexico.

Why shipping isn't available for my country?

We are happy to send anywhere in the world, but due to carrier limitations shipping to some destinations isn't currently possible. We hope to be able to send to more destinations in the near future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is Free for all UK orders. International shipping cost depends on the destination but is free for orders over £50.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Where is my order? I have not received my package, what should I do?

First of all please check delivery times based on the shipping method you've chosen at the time you placed your order. If delivery is delayed for just a few days please first track your package using your tracking link and then check with your local post office, the package might still be awaiting customs clearance.

If delivery has been delayed for more than a few days and you’ve already checked with the local post office as well, please contact us. We'll be happy to help.

Where can I track my package?

Yes, all international orders will be shipped with a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped and you can track the package online.
